Orders & Purchase

How do I place an order online?

To add products to your shopping cart, click on your desired item, then click on “add to cart.” To see everything in your cart, simply press the cart icon in the top right of the screen. To complete the purchase, click on the “secure checkout” button.

How can I find a specific item on the website?

To search for a specific item, click on the magnifier icon in the top right and type your desired item name into the search bar. You may also use our navigation map in the top bar to scroll through a specific category and use filters to assist in searching.

Do I need to sign up to the website to place an order?

An order can be placed by either signing up to our website and creating an account or continuing as a guest. By signing up, you will be able to track your order and also check out faster during future orders.

How can I know if an item is in stock online?

All items in stock will have an “add to cart” option. An item that is out of stock will be ladled as “SOLD OUT” and will not be available for purchase.

How can I know if an item is in stock in stores?

How can I check if a specific item will fit me?

Specifications for each item will be listed on its page, including size, measurements, and wear instructions. You may also visit our Size Guide to find your perfect size. For further information, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

If an item is out of stock, can I still purchase it?

No, an out-of-stock item will not be available for purchase.

The item I ordered does not fit me, can I change its size?

Yes, only if the item is untouched and still in its original packaging. Please contact us at 03-5235577, and we’ll be happy to assist you in getting a new size.

Can I engrave the item I purchased?

How do I know if my online order has been processed?

An authorization email will be sent to you immediately after your order is completed, containing all order details. If a detail is wrong or if you did not receive our email, please contact us at 03-5235577.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes. To purchase over the phone, you must provide a scanned copy of the ID of the credit card owner. Please contact us at 03-5235577 for more information.

What are “favorites,” and how do I use them?

Your “favorites” page allows you to create a list of items you like and wish to save for later. After adding an item to favorites, you can come back and purchase it any time.

Can I view my order history?

Yes. To view your order history, sign in to your account and click on “My Orders.” There you will find information on all of your past orders, including details and status.

Can I change/update any personal information on my account?

Yes. In order to change or update any personal information, including username, password, email address, or phone number, sign in to your account, then click on “update profile.”

Do you ship outside of Israel?

Yes. To order anywhere outside of Israel, please switch to the international site by navigating through the menu.

I forgot my password, what can I do?

Password recovery can be done by clicking on “Forgot your password?” After clicking, type the email address used for the account you wish to recover, then press “send.” An email with a recovery link will be sent to you shortly after.

Is shopping online secure?

The website is fully secure and meets the highest security standards by using SSL protocols, keeping your details safe and sncrypted. Payment via credit card is executed by a 3rd party company that has no access to any private information whatsoever. If you wish to guarantee maximum security, we recommend that you keep your account information private, and update your username and password frequently.

Can I order a custom jewel?

Can I collect/pick up my online order at one of your boutiques?

Yes. Just select the “pick up at boutique” option at checkout.

Can I use a birthhday coupon/gift card online?

Yes. You can enter your personal coupon code at check-out.

What payment methods are accepted online?

We accept all credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers and Bit as payment methods.

Can I split my payment?

Yes, to up to 12 interest-free payments.

Can I use cash as a payment method?

Yes, for deals of 11,000 ILS & under only. Payment in cash is only accepted at our boutiques. Payment to the delivery person will not be accepted.

Gift Cards

What is the JB JEWELERS gift card?

You can purchase a gift card with a value of your choice. You can choose between an actual card and an e-card sent via email.

Can I redeem my gift card online?

You may use your gift card for in-store purchases only.

How can I purchase a gift card?

Simply visit our “gifts” category, add the gift card to your cart and complete your purchase.

Yes! Just scroll through our “gifts” category, easily sorted by type and price range. You may also purchase a gift card online.

Can I add a personal note to my gift?

Of course. At checkout, you can let us know if you’re interested in a gift wrap, and you will have an option to add your personal note there.

I want to buy a gift for someone. Can I fill in their details for the delivery address?

Yes, you may add the receiver’s personal information and delivery address under “delivery information.”

Can a gift purchased online be wrapped?

Of course. At checkout, you can let us know if you’re interested in a gift wrap, and you will have an option to add your personal note there.

Are there any shipping costs?

No. all online orders are eligible for free insured door-to-door delivery.

How does delivery work?

After completing your order, you will be sent an email with your order number and delivery information. The parcel will be delivered to the specified address by a delivery person on the date & time scheduled over the phone.

Is the delivery insured?

Yes. JB JEWELERS takes full responsibility for delivering your item in mint condonation as specified at the time of purchase.

Can I change my delivery address after my order was processed?

Is express shipping available?

"Yes, ome items are available for next-day door-to-door delivery. Please contact us for more information on express delivery options once your order is placed. Please note that this option may require additional fees for some delivery locations."

How can I return my item?

Cancellatios, Returns and Replacements

Can I return my item after receiving it?

Returns/replacements are available within 14 days of receipt, for unused, fully intact items in salable condition, packed in their original package only.

Can I cancel my order before it has been delivered?

Yes. To cancel your order, contact us at 03-5235577 as soon as possible.

Can I return a custom piece?

+

No. Custom pieces and/or pieces with custom engravements are non-returnable or replaceable.

Warranty

How long is the warranty for jewelry and watches?

+

Any item exclusively made by JB is guaranteed for a 5-year period from the date of purchase. Jewelry and watches made by other brands are guaranteed with an official international warranty for varying lengths of time.
