Tirisi was founded in 2010 by a Dutch couple with an impeccable eye for detail. Natascha and Julian complement each other perfectly. Natascha the creative mind with a uniquely feminine touch and Julian the entrepreneur, who wrote the business case still used today. Natascha’s interest in fine jewelry started in the early days of her career as a designer when she wanted to purchase a bracelet. Unfortunately, none of the existing fine jewelry brands fit into her price category and missed importantly, what a fashion-conscious woman was looking for. Natascha wanted a bold bracelet she could wear every day, everywhere, yet affordable and guaranteed of superior quality. Jewelry matching her independence and embodying her strong femininity in setting the tone, instead of following it. But it was nowhere to be found. Rethinking the jewelry market, the husband-and-wife team created instead their own Tirisi brands: Tirisi Jewelry and Tirisi Moda. Doing the impossible they designed the entire collection in just four months, ready for launch in 2010 at the famous Baselworld Jewelry and Watch Show.

A must-have for the modern woman, who wants to wear her jewelry as a fashion statement for every occasion, whether it’s the school run, a shopping date with friends, a board meeting, or a glamorous party. All the very same jewels and perfectly handcrafted too. Designing a new brand from scratch takes more than design skills. So, to take inspiration, Natascha and Julian went in 2009 on a world tour. Visiting exotic cities with fabulous museums to match, it was only logical to name the new collection after those cities. But not only famous sites, spectacular architecture, or grand avenues are a way forward for good design. Natascha’s design tip: be street smart, sit at a pavement cafe, and watch the world pass by. Everything catches my eye, the abundance of colors, the multicultural population rushing by, and the hip street fashion are my source of inspiration that I use to convert today’s city look into tomorrow’s cool new jewelry. As Natascha always says:” THE WORLD IS MY CATWALK…”

Milano

After a visit to Milan, the brand's designers were inspired by the glass dome roof of the Vittorio Emanuele II Gallery, and immortalized it in jewelry using dome-shaped cut gems. The unique design of the collection was a success, and very quickly made it the most addictive and the most identified with the brand.

Amsterdam

In Amsterdam, where jewelry designers Natasha and Julian lived, they found major sources of inspiration from the city's history - diamond polishing, a craft that was born and founded in Amsterdam, and the cobblestones interwoven in the city's alleys. The collection shares respect for the city's status as the founder of the diamond polishing industry and creator of the well-known and beloved diamond cut.

Seoul Flower

The Seoul collection was inspired by South Korea, Zana Khan, who was one of Tyrisi's first clients. To create the collection, the couple combined Zanna's Korean heritage with elements of the cherry blossom tree. The soft colors and clean design make this collection powerful, but at the same time incredibly delicate, just like Zanna.

Monte Carlo

In the blue sea ports of Monte Carlo, Monaco, glittering yachts dock side by side in the harbor, and green mountains surround the view on all sides. But despite all this, the inspiration for this collection actually came from a small fountain, in which the water ripples in delicate pyramid shapes and shimmers in the sun. These shapes are the recurring motif that appears in the Monte Carlo collection items - soft, rounded and feminine.

Sea Star

While spending time on the white beaches of Copacabana, the brand's designers admired the Sugar Mountain, one of Brazil's most powerful and majestic landscapes. Inspired by it, they combined colorful leather straps with miniature charms of pure gold and sterling silver, applied various elements from the Copacabana beaches in the jewelry, creating one of the most iconic items from the brand.
